If you must cancel your appointment, we ask that you please notify us a minimum of 24 hours so we can have the opportunity to fill this appointment with a different customer. To ensure that we receive your notice we ask that you cancel the appointment in person with us, by phone or via a text message so that we are able to confirm it with you at that moment. If you fail to provide a courtesy cancellation in person with us, we reserve the right to impose a $30 charge for our time and expense of driving our mobile shop to your premises.
